The War Is Over

Holidays of the New World Order are the same as holidays of the pre-Christian era - days to get drunk and/or have orgiastic sex. Christ and the Holy Cross are never welcome in this multicultural funhouse. Reverence is unknown except for the Endless War Memorials.
This article by Jame Fulford at Vdare.com notes the sad passing of Easter as an American holiday.
I learned a new word from this article... "Christophobic". Fox News is Christophobic, even on Easter weekend. The George Bush Administration is Christophobic. Even many "Christian" churches are Christophobic! Since 1966 our country has gone downhill, and the Christophobes have become evil tyrants blighting the land.
The same families that celebrated Easter in 1968 gathered last weekend, but now they were Hindus, vegetarians and homosexuals. It wasn't the same.

'Do you believe this?'

Jesus said: "I am the resurrection. Anyone who believes in me, even though that person dies, will live, and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.

The Glorious Resurrection

The wonderful thing about the Christian religion is JESUS.

HAPPY EASTER!

I beseech Thee, by Thy resurrection, make me rise glorious with Thee at the last day, to be always united with Thee in heaven, to praise Thee and love Thee forever.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
Soul of Christ, sanctify me!
Body of Christ, save me!
Blood of Christ, inebriate me!
Water from the side of Christ, wash me!
Passion of Christ, strengthen me!
O good Jesus, hear me!
Within your wounds, hide me!
Permit me not to be separated from you!
From the malignant enemy defend me!
In the hour of my death call me,
And bid me come to You,
That with Your saints I may praise You.
Forever and ever! Amen!

Jesus is Unjustly Condemned to Death

Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, and he threw the money changers out of the temple, saying "My Father's house should be a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves." Judas betrayed Jesus to the leaders of the Jews. The Jews arrested Jesus and unjustly condemned Jesus to death. Then the Jews took Jesus before Pilate.
This picture shows Peter denying Jesus, as Jesus had predicted that Peter would.
Every wound your Son has borne,
Holy Mother, in our heart
Let us feel, and let us mourn,
That in it we had a part!
+++
We adore You, Oh Christ, and we praise You
Because by Your Holy Cross You have redeemed the world.

Easter rites

Today is Spy Wednesday, the day Judas went to the Sanhedrin and betrayed Jesus.

It is a sad fact that when you do a Google search for "Easter" nothing much comes up but silliness or negativity. The first religious type article I found was this one about ancient Christian ceremonies held at a pagan temple. As you can see, they have the Resurrection on Saturday morning. They have a fiesta through the night celebrating a Resurrection that hasn't happened yet.

"Highlights All ceremonies are held at the Yaqui Temple and ceremonial grounds, off Avenida del Yaqui (South Priest Drive), six blocks south of Baseline Road. Times are approximate. Open to the public. Sketching, photographing or any other method of recording is prohibited. Parking is available at marked lots on surrounding streets. No alcohol is allowed. Holy Thursday Noon - Garden of Gethsemane; a small statue of Jesus is taken to a garden of olives constructed in the plaza. 3 p.m. - Pursuit of the Old Man, an imaginative drama of the Yaquis. 6 p.m. - Capture of Jesus and procession. Good Friday Noon - Procession; taking Jesus to be crucified. 5 p.m. - Preparing the tomb of Jesus. 6 p.m. - Crucifixion of Jesus. Holy Saturday 1 a.m. - Procession, Fariseos (infantry) mark Jesus' death. 4 a.m. - Resurrection of Jesus. 10 a.m. - Procession of Judas. Noon-1 p.m. - The Gloria; Fariseos march to assault the temple but are defeated and turned back. Flowered costumes and dancing. 2 p.m. - Burning of Judas. After 3 p.m. - Matachines' (festival dancers) fiesta through the night celebrating the Resurrection. The Deer Dancer (dancer wearing deer headdress) and Pascolas (old men) join. Easter Sunday 8 a.m. - Maypole dance. 11 a.m. - The Alleluia; rituals and dances. Noon - Farewell circle; participants gather to hear review of ceremony from leaders."

Saint John's Church, Richmond, is where Patrick Henry declared in 1775, "Give me liberty or give me death!"
The Latin cross on top of steeple is the sign of Jesus Christ and the Christian religion. Many times published photos of churches have the crosses on top cropped out of the picture. What a terrible thing to do! The cross is a most beautiful symbol with a proud and ancient history.
"They pierced My hands and My feet, and they have numbered all My bones."
